Who is Julie Miller?
Growing up with my father in the Air Force I relocated many times in my younger years, from Ankara, Turkey, to the Azores islands, to southern Illinois. I attended 12 schools before I graduated from high school. Moving so often exposed me to many cultures and places, and helped define my concept of home. Today,my past experience helps inform my skills working with clients who are making a change; either buying or selling a home.
My husband, Dennis and I have two children, one in college and one graduating from high school. They have both been very lucky to have had their childhood on Bainbridge Island. In my free time, I have had the joy of kayaking the Queen Charlotte Islands, cycling in Switzerland, and taking endless walks on Bainbridge Island with our golden retreiver, Ruby. I am an avid reader and love art films. I believe learning is the most exciting thing we do and I care passionately about education. I have served five years on the board of Raising Resilience, a parent education organization.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing (San Francisco State) as well as a Masters of Education from Antioch. This has proven to be an optimal academic background as success in Real Estate is often attained through strengths in marketing and education. Given my experience, I'm well positioned to advocate for clients, negotiate on their behalf, and unlimately accomplish their unique goals in all market environments.
My Real Estate practice began in 2005 with Windermere Real Estate and I'm enthusiastically dedicated to providing my clients with the very best service possible. I bring a calm professionalism to every situation and I will always be a fierce advocate during negotiations. My teaching and business background assure that I am well organized and a skilled problem solver. I understand that clients invest in me each time they hire me to help them with a real estate transaction and I am committed to continually investing in my education to assure I am at the forefront of education and best skills for current real estate conditions.
My promise is to consistently be there and advocate for my clients, always keeping their interests and goals front of mind. It is my role to guide the process of buying or selling, from beginning to end, and beyond. With my well developed systems and strategies, clients know that their buying or selling experience will go smoothly.
